Support That Moves With You

Knee pain can make everyday activities difficult. Injuries, overuse, and degenerative joint changes are common sources of discomfort that can interfere with your mobility and quality of life.

At I-Spine Ortho and Sports Care, we provide conservative, personalized care to help patients manage knee pain, restore stability, and return to the activities they enjoy.

We focus on identifying the underlying cause of your symptoms and building a care plan that supports both short-term relief and long-term joint health.

  • Knee osteoarthritis
  • Meniscus tears
  • Ligament sprains or strains (ACL, MCL, LCL, PCL)
  • Patellar tracking issues
  • Tendonitis (jumper’s knee)
  • Bursitis
  • Post-traumatic knee pain
  • General knee instability or overuse injuries

Our Approach

Most knee conditions improve through non-surgical interventions such as bracing, injections (steroid or hyaluronic acid), PRP therapy, guided rehab, and activity modifications. Surgery is considered only when conservative treatments are no longer effective.
